This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Navedas collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the navedas.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Navedas.

GDPR

We primarily store data about you, including personal information, on servers located and operated within the United States. If you reside or are located outside of the U.S., we may send and store your personal information (also commonly referred to as personal data) to the U.S. in order to provide and operate the Navedas Platform. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge the transfer to and processing of your personal information on servers located in the U.S. and other countries. Our collection and use of the personal information of U.S. Users in accordance with the U.S. laws related to privacy and use of personal data and information, including what is determined to be “personal data and/or information,” are different and may be less protective than those afforded to EU Users under the GDPR.

EU – U.S. Privacy Shield

Navedas participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Navedas respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its clients, employees, business partners and others. Navedas is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. U.S. – Swiss Safe Harbor

Navedas complies with the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from Switzerland. Navedas has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. Personal Information

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business.
